They replaced my pressure iron/steamer in about two weeks rather than the four to six that was suggested. And while I'm not exactly pleased that my boiler tank developed a crack in less than eight months, I can't fault the way that their service and warranty was handled (well, except for the $35 it cost me to ship it to them).
I like the Rowenta. But I'm probably going to replace it with a Reliable pressure iron and keep it only as a backup.
